What to expect when you sponsor a Town event

Partnering via sponsorship at Town hosted events is an excellent engagement opportunity for our sponsors to interact face to face with our community. 
We will work with you to develop creative, interactive ways that enhance the overall event experience for attendees, and deliver the brand awareness you are looking to achieve. Requests to set up tabletops or booths to only promote your business (i.e.) a distribution channel to hand out brochures / samples, or simply promote a product / service does not align with our  sponsorship strategy. Our community is fun, engaging, inquisitive and love to be entertained and want to experience your brand firsthand, so let's work together to create something both memorable and meaningful for the community and beneficial to your business goals.

Advertising Opportunities

LCD Advertising in Town Facilities

LCD screens are available at no cost for charities, not for profits, non profits only to help build awareness and promote your fundraising or charitable initiative within our Town of Newmarket facilities. We do not offer paid advertising or promotional opportunities on these screens.Promotion can run on the screens for a total of 6 weeks. Please submit your request with final artwork a minimum of 5 business days PRIOR to your advertising date. Submit your request and creative to marketingsponsorship@newmarket.ca with LCD Screens and your company / organization name in the subject line. You will get an email confirmation from one of our marketing colleagues to confirm your request.
