In order to make paying your property taxes easier and more efficient, the Town offers a variety of pre-authorized payment plans. In order to calculate the payments, the previous years taxes are divided by 10 for the first half of the year. Once the tax rate for the current year is finalized, the balance will be equally divided over the second half of the payment plan.
To register, complete the PAP Plan Form. If you would like to withdraw from the plan at any time you can do so by submitting the PAP Cancellation Form. If you change your banking information, please complete the PAP Change of Banking Information Form. If you move, please fill out a

Plan B: 15th of the month,
Plan D: Last business day of the month (residential),
Please note if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the withdrawal will take place on the next business day
Plan E: Last business day of the month (commercial/industrial)
Installment Plans||Withdrawals will be made on the due dates for the amounts indicated on the interim and final tax bills.|||
