Charles Street and Penn Avenue, between Lindsay Avenue and Hill Street. 

The proposed works include the removal of the existing sanitary sewer and replacement with a larger sized sewer. This sewer upsizing project has been identified in the Town of Newmarket’s Water Waste. Water Master Plan as required to meet future sanitary sewer capacity as Newmarket continues to grow and develop. The purpose of the VPIC is to notify the public prior to construction starting and review the final drawings and discuss the scope of work and expected disruptions.
