​York Region is constructing a new water meter chamber in the area north of the Harry Walker Parkway and Ringwell Drive intersection. The new water meter chamber will monitor water main flow and will take place from September 2023 to spring 2024.  See the below map for the location of the water meter chamber. 

Impacts:

• No planned impacts to water or wastewater services
• Temporary watermain bypass pipe installation near the work area on Harry Walker Parkway
• Temporary lane restrictions on Harry Walker Parkway, near the Ringwell Drive intersection
• A temporary sidewalk will be installed around the work area
• Due to the nature of the work, some construction-related noise and dust from machinery and trucks will be present, although every effort will be made to reduce this
