The Town of Newmarket has received a complete application for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment for the above noted property, to facilitate:
- A 6-storey mixed-use building to be comprised of office, retail, and self-storage.
The applicant is proposing to amend the Urban Centres Secondary Plan and the Urban Centres Zoning By-law 2019-06 to add self-storage as a site-specific permitted use within the Mixed Use designation. The application also proposes an increase to the permitted FSI from a maximum 2.0 to 2.34 and an increase in maximum height from 20m to 28m, with other site specific standards.
