The Town of Newmarket has received complete applications for Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments for the above noted properties.
The applicant is proposing to amend the Official Plan designation from Commercial to Residential and amend the Zoning By-law 2010-40 from R1-C zone to a Site Specific R4-R zone to permit 24 townhouse units.
This application has been deemed complete under the Planning Act R.S.O., 1990. A map detailing the location of the subject lands is on the bottom of this page.
Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket will hold an in-person and electronic Public Meeting on:

The public can attend the meeting in person in Council Chambers at 395 Mulock Drive or view the live stream available at www.newmarket.ca/meetings to consider a proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments under Section 17 and Section 34 of the Planning Act.
