The Town of Newmarket's Customer Services department is an award winning centralized servicing department that provides a variety of front line services to customers through various channels including: telephone,
email, self-serve options (kiosks and online), in-person and by mail.
Resident concerns are handled by a team of customer service associates who either provide the information to the customer or create a service request that is directed to the appropriate department for handling.
In addition to the Newmarket Customer Services department at
Municipal Offices, they also offer services at the
Magna Centre,
Ray Twinney Recreation Complex, and
Newmarket Seniors Meeting Place Kiosks.
After hours callers are provided the option of leaving a "non-urgent" message in the Customer Services voicemail box, which is handled the next business day or, our after-hours line for non-emergency municipal matters that require immediate attention.
