Mathew

Mathew has been a Personal Trainer for the past four years. He has worked with a variety of individuals, including youth, adults and athletes of all ages. Mathew has had the opportunity to also work alongside other professional trainers and coaches – who have helped him achieve his fitness dreams and goals.

He understands that everyone has their own fitness goals, and works closely with his clients to help them achieve their goals in the way they want to.

Cory

Staying fit has always been a part of Cory's life, as it helped him get physically stronger and build his self-confidence. Cory often inspired friends and family members to exercise, and then he decided to turn fitness into a career. He attended school and gained scientific knowledge of the human body, exercise and nutrition. Cory has been working as a Personal Trainer since 2017.   He has experience working with clients of all ages and those with mobility issues. Cory is also familiar with job-specific physical testing required for both Fire and Police Services. He has completed mandatory firefighting fitness tests and administered candidate physical testing for MNR conservation officers. Outside the gym, Cory enjoys mountain biking and skiing.

Cory strives to create enjoyable, effective and unique programs that will produce measurable results for his clients.

Jordan

Jordan has been a personal trainer for over the last 3 years. He has worked with a wide range of people and patients in both athletic and medical settings as a personal trainer and physiotherapy assistant. Jordan has also worked with personal trainers on his own time to help him improve his own personal fitness. Jordan has a good understanding of people and how they work both physically and mentally!
